Our Swiss machining equipment includes lathes with up to 9 axes, allowing us to create exceptionally complex parts quickly and precisely.
- CNC Turning and Milling – Our CNC turning and milling centers allow for fast, repeatable production of complex components with exceptional levels of craftsmanship. As with all of our CNC services, our CNC mills and turning machines are capable of producing complex components with tight tolerances.

Experience in the Medical Field

In a particularly challenging project, we produced a stainless steel mallet shaft from high-strength 17-4 stainless steel for use in surgical applications.
With the correct tooling, our CNC Swiss machines were able to cut the extremely hard material into an intricate design which included precise flanges, fillets, grooves, and radii. The tools and cutting surface were cooled to prevent heat distortion, and the product was thoroughly finished using sanding, polishing, and buffing techniques for a smooth, blemish-free surface. The mallet shaft was completed within exceptionally tight tolerances of ±0.002 inches on the diameter and on all critical features.
